Wilcom offers a variety of services including: long range strategic planning, operational planning, procurement, technical writing, data communications network implementation and design, needs analysis, LAN administration and support, desktop technical support services, and Service Desk/Call Centre design, implementation and operation.

Technical service is not a sideline for Wilcom Systems Ltd. it is the main area of business. The majority of corporate revenues come from providing technical support expertise to a wide range of clients. As an organization, Wilcom has the experience and service orientation needed to ensure the success of customer initiatives.

Wilcom Systems is also part of a larger group of companies called the The Powell Group.
