This innovative company has delivered training to diverse employment services providers and not-for-profit groups throughout across Canada. Job Description: The trainer is responsible for providing dynamic Motivational Interviewing (MI) trainings to agencies. The trainer/consultant works collaboratively with agencies guiding agencies on the best possible way to integrate the spirit of MI into their services. The trainer/consultant works closely with various agencies on training plans and strategies that is a best fit or Best Practice for each agency. The trainer/consultant will develop material to enhance services provided by Empowering Change.
