Bethany is situated in a park-like setting on the outskirts of the village of Middle Lake, SK. It is a Christian non-profit organization which owns and operates ASPEN MANOR, a 36-bed Special-care home, BIRCH MANOR, a 41-room Assisted Living facility, as well as 22 housing units for independent living. The Administrator will be the link between a governing board and management, focusing on strategic issues with the board and tactical issues with staff and volunteers. S/he is responsible for the management of resident care & services, human resources, financial services, buildings and grounds services in all divisions of the organization.
