| Lead Generator DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Represent CDI in a professional responsible manner • Cold call into the educational education vertical • Collect email address to add to CRM- Customer Relationship Management Software • Ability to use the sales script and book appointments with potential customers • Continuous relationship management with clients or potential customers • Proper usage of in house Inventory Management Software as the primary tool for accurate order entry • Full and enthusiastic adoption of Customer Relationship Management Software proposed by CDI • Time and territory management, using voice and e-mail technology to maximize use of productive time • Create and maintain detailed customer profiles in the Inventory Management Software, your current and future Customer Relations Management Software EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or one to two years related experience working in the Sales field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPETENCIES AND SPECIAL SKILL SETS • Great phone manner and no fear of making cold calls • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Computer Skills – Microsoft Office suite, e-mail, internet research • Motivated self-starter and display a positive attitude • Excellent listening and questioning skills • While training will be provided, a successful candidate will show an interest in improving and growing with the company to an Account Manager role | |
