| CSR (Customer Advocate) Customer Service Representative (Customer Advocate) COMPANY PROFILE: Our client is a worldwide leader in IP-based video communication and collaboration services, with offices in the United States, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and China. We are currently conducting a search for a Customer Advocate to provide video conferencing support to our customers. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated self starter to be part of a growing and successful company. Our ultimate goal is to change the way our customers do business through the use of “Video as a Business Tool”. As the ideal candidate for the Customer Advocate position based in our corporate headquarters in Etobicoke - you will be highly skilled in providing an exceptional customer experience in a technical customer support environment BENEFITS: Full time position Compensation dependent upon experience Group benefits coverage REQUIREMENTS: The Customer Advocate provides video conferencing technical support to our customers. You will do this by providing world class service and a top notch customer experience through the provisioning of call set up and call launching (connecting) processes. In addition, technical support provides diagnosis, isolation and resolution of technical problems throughout the video conferencing call. Preference will be given to individuals who have experience or in-depth understanding of advanced service-led technologies - particularly video communications, IP, VOIP Excellent communication skills (English) Professional rapport and customer service experience Fundamental knowledge of videoconferencing infrastructures Understanding of Telecommunication networks and ISDN CRM trouble ticket reporting experience Previous experience in a 24/7 Customer Support work environment BA or BS college degree preferred.
