What WestStone Asks of You:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and direct the construction management process for a range of multi-family housing development projects from the tendering stage through to occupancy permits. You will integrate project management principles throughout the process to plan the execution of the work including staff planning, establishing schedules, trades, and materials. You will make full use of technologies including project management software to deliver real-time project details and analysis upon request. This position reports to the Vice President Development & Construction.

To be successful, you bring formal construction management education, such as a BCIT Building Technology/Construction Management Diploma or equivalent. You must have a minimum five years project management experience that includes residential, multi-family construction, and are savvy in the use of technology and project management software. You bring a track record of organizing and implementing projects on time and on budget, to the satisfaction of the customer.
