Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC. Summary: The primary objective of this position is to coordinate marketing and promotional programs between cross-functional teams within the organization. Responsibilities: • Assist Marketing department in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities. • Coordinate in production of a wide range of marketing communications including weekly sales promotions with the Purchasing department. • Produce weekly newsletter and distribute it to company’s email marketing list. • Develop and maintain sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing. • Supervise the production or implementation of marketing materials. • Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, marketing trade shows and events, public relations, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans. • Track campaigns, prepare performance analysis reports of post campaign, and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications. • Execute and analyze results of advertisement and marketing campaigns. • Develop standardize presentations, sales scripts, and proposals. • Write and maintain content and provide monthly updates to company website. • Assist in writing, tracking and delivery of press releases. • Monitor online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of the company. • Liaise with local charities and manage event donations. Monitor online blogs for tracking communications related to the brand of the company. • Update and maintain media contact database for all locations. • Create and track promotional codes for use in print communications. • Provide administrative support to Marketing head for local markets. Requirements: • Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity. • Proficiency in writing and graphic design. • College degree preferred with background in Marketing and/or Public Relations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. • Must be detail oriented. • Ability to deliver creative and innovative thoughts. • Excellent presentation skills. • Basic knowledge of HTML. • Self-starter who can work with a minimum of supervision while being a team player. • Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. • Effective project management skills. • Sound understanding of marketing principles. • Effective understanding of the latest technologies and ability to identify how to apply them in marketing. • Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience. • Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals. • Plan decisions and practice good judgment. • Build excellent working relationship to attain goals. • Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member. • Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. • Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
