Maintenance Worker/Handyperson

 Keeping the exterior of the House and the garden neat and tidy; watering flower beds. Looking after garden furniture.
 Taking garbage & recycling bins to kerbside. Keeping bins clean & tidy.
 Interior painting and some exterior painting.
 Window cleaning.
 Some vacuuming and carpet shampooing.
 Routine house maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs).
 Troubleshooting and performing minor building repairs (including minor repairs to plumbing and electrical systems). Minor repairs to appliances.
