| TELEPHONE SALES Work At Home Commercial Real Estate Online Posting Sales 01RL1102 TELEPHONE SALES Work at Home Commercial Real Estate Online Posting Sales We are looking for a professional telephone sales person to call on businesses for sale and commercial properties for sale and lease across Canada. Your goal is to a) have them purchase an online listing on Canada’s largest commercial real estate website or b) list their property with a partner Real Estate Broker / Agent. The Position: You will receive leads daily from our online CRM system of people and companies selling or leasing their businesses and commercial real estate. You are to call each lead and inform them and sell an online posting on to Canada’s largest commercial real estate web site or sell them a listing with a partner RE broker. You are to make notes in the system, set follow up calls, send emails, make follow up calls until either the prospective client buys or they sell their property or business. Once you make a sale you will forward client a posting agreement, take payment information, get posting information from the client, post the property online and forward paperwork to production and accounting; then onto the next call and sale. You must put in 40 hrs plus weekly. Hours are flexible. Work the hours that best suit your schedule as long as they are 40 plus per week. We work Mon – Sat 8am to 8pm EST. We look for a minimum 300+ calls weekly and 4-8 sales +. Postings cost $595 to $995 for a year long posting. You must posses the following • Past phone sales or commercial real estate experience. • Clear professional voice and speak clear fluent English • You enjoy and can 1 call close as well as follow up close. • You must be a close sales • Excellent fast computer skills, sorry no one finger typers • Excellent email, web and word skills • Must be able to write correspondence in clear clean English • Must have a fast late model computer and high speed internet • Must have a phone to both place and take calls with a long distance phone plan. We provide the following to make you successful: • Full Training via web conference • State of the art virtual CRM for managing your calls and client information • All Leads provided • Central number that forwards to your home or cell and notifies you a client is calling. You decide to take call or send to voicemail. • 100% protected client base • Part of a team that meets online regularly Compensation You earn 25% commission which is $150 to $250 per sale. $35,000 to $80,000 annually is the range.
