Inside Sales Representative

Our Toronto client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team on a full time basis. If you are an energetic, dynamic and motivated candidate this is the opportunity for you! This is an inside sales opportunity with a leading distributor of news, announcements, financial results and press releases for leading companies and organizations.

Inside Sales duties may include:
- Selling software services over the telephone, email or web demonstrations
- Support the Sales team and Sr. Account Managers
- Cold calling to Gather Information on potential clients
- Research on prospects, targeting business verticals
- Up Selling and renewals
- Ability to build and develop relationships with new clients
- Regular follow ups with client on service, delivery, etc.
- Communicates effectively with clients and prospects
- Logging client information and activity into CRM-Salesforce
- Generating reports

Required skills:
- Inside sales experience in selling Software and/or Saas (with proven results)
- High-energy, driven, focused
- Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- PC skills including Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel
- Live Web Demo experience
- Reasonable technical knowledge of Web Application software and digital media.
- Client focused
- Dynamic and motivated
