We are looking for Retail Co-Managers to join our newly created company Canada team. Working in partnership with the Retail Store Manager, this position will play a key role growing our brand; fostering our company culture for our associates and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

BUILD CAPABILITY — Analyze business results; Create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.
Analyze business results and create action plans that modify behaviours to achieve results
Direct workforce management
Manage controllable expenses and ensure protection of store assets
Create a disciplined culture that focuses on operational excellence and flawless execution

BUILD THE BRAND — Build a store environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive in-store customer experiences
Understand the beauty industry and the brand
Ensure consistent focus on delivering an intimate customer experience
Ensure visual standards and a positive in-store experience
Maximize the use of real estate productivity in order to drive profitable sales growth

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP -The ability to demonstrate leadership versatility, communication skills and self management
Has effective communication skills that promote understanding, learning, information exchange, and problem solving
Communicates information in a clear, concise and impactful manner in one-on-one conversations, group presentations and in writing
Shows a high level of personal flexibility and resilience during periods of organizational ambiguity/change
Is a professional, values-based leader who represents the company in a positive manner

QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of Store Management experience needed. Prior experience as a Store Manager is an asset
Proven track record of successfully managing in a high transaction environment — beauty industry experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and “lead change”
Experience opening new stores and/or managing a renovation/store relocation is ideal
A demonstrated ability to facilitate learning at all levels
Proven ability to build and sustain sales results with a strong desire to exceed expectations
Strong coaching, leadership, supervisory and customer service skills
