| Software Developer I Love Rewards, a top US & Canadian Employer is seeking a Software Developer. We want great developers to join our rapidly-expanding development team. As our Software Developer, you will: • write code from scratch that builds features and squashes bugs for the I Love Rewards Express web platform • work on optimizing and refactoring our services using Amazon’s EC2 and S3 cloud base ed architectures • work with passionate and talented individuals in a startup atmosphere, producing features in short iterations in an Agile environment • work in an environment where your manager understands you (he/she was a developer too), and cares about your continual improvement, and also gives you interesting work As our Software Developer, you: • have implemented and maintained scalable, redundant and fault tolerant systems for the web • are a good communicator and can express your ideas both verbally and written • a track record of getting things done • 3+ years of experience • familiarity with production Linux deployments • are proficient in MYSQL, HTML, JavaScript (AJAX), Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate and/or PHP • can solve software problems in leaps and bounds • know that design patterns have not thing to do with fabric • went to school for computer science/engineering or wrote kick-ass software anyway I Love Rewards is one of North America’s leading corporate rewards & recognition providers.
