| Construction Superintendent Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in light commercial construction and renovation as well as some residential experience. Formal education in construction management is an asset specifically with respect to construction management, safety, estimating and supervision. This is a full time position that can lead to a long term career, based in Kamloops. Must be: • Self starter who can meet tight schedules and budgets while not sacrificing quality, all with minimum supervision • Proven track record of successfully and safely completing projects • Proficient at blueprint reading and keeping accurate daily records • Well organized, honest and dependable • Capable of multi tasking and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The individual must work with internal and external project stakeholders. The successful candidate will be innovative, dedicated and highly motivated. The position will be attractive to those with a track record of doing whatever it takes to bring jobs in on time, on budget which meet or exceed quality standards.
