| Senior Legal Assistant Vertical Bridge Corporate Consulting Inc. "Experts in Employee Attraction and Retention Strategies" One of the biggest and one of the best law firms in Vancouver needs a highly-competent legal administrative assistant to provide senior-level support to two lawyers involved in complex residential and commercial real estate projects. This exciting practice area encompasses real estate transactions and development projects, including residential subdivisions, resorts and commercial properties. This busy partner/associate team requires someone who can hit the ground running to keep up with them and provide the exceptional service that their clients have grown accustomed to receiving. Requirements: Your five plus years of real property/conveyance experience will be relied upon as you conduct land title searches, draft reports, summarize registered charges and prepare disclosure statements. In this hands-on role, your knowledge of land title office forms and procedures will be utilized as will your understanding of non-financial encumbrances. In addition to your direct experience, relevant legal training would be highly advantageous. Superb MS Word skills, together with accurate dicta-typing, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and a calm demeanor will round out your considerable skill sets and personal qualities that will assure your success in assuming this challenging career opportunity.
