CONTROLLER -Oversee and participate in the accounting (including consolidated financial reporting) and administrative functions for all businesses, -Develop, implement and monitor strong systems & operating procedures, -Manage all tax compliance and tax planning in coordination with the external accountant, -Manage the banking relationship and all insurance programs, -Participate in the business as a key member of the management team. You have: -At least five years controllership experience, with demonstrated tax experience. -A professional accounting designation beneficial. -Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills. -Experience with hedging would be an asset. -Knowledge of Grain and Seed industries beneficial.
