| Office Administrator Our well respected and established organization is searching for a seasoned Office Administrator to join our Team. You will be an integral part of the “nerve center” in our New Westminster office. As the Office Administrator you will provide administrative support to our diverse team of managers and also oversee the day-to-day office services functions. Specifically, the Office Administrator: -Provides general administrative support to the management team -Acts as a Team Leader for the Administrative staff -Purchases and maintains the office & janitorial supplies -Coordinates the maintenance and repair of general office equipment, including the copiers, telephones, postage meter etc. -Coordinates general office repairs, maintenance and security for the New Westminster office -Assists with special projects for Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources staff -Maintains the Company contact and telephone lists, distributing to all office locations -Assists in preparing and distributing general staff communications -Takes, prepares and distributes minutes for meetings, as requested -Oversees the travel and accommodation arrangements for the staff -Arranges catering requirements for the New Westminster location -Provides back-up support to the Receptionist Requirements for the position include: -Demonstrated experience in a similar role -Well-developed communication skills; both verbal and written -Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus -Flexibility and the ability to manage competing priorities -Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications This is a salaried position (range $30,000 to $36,000 per annum) based on a 37.5 hour work week. We offer a comprehensive benefits program including a company sponsored pension program. We are a transit accessible location, located near the Queen’s Park area of New Westminster. | |
