Account Manager

Program Management:
• Multi-task and balance multiple clients
• Demonstrate consistent and progressive program and team (mgmt through field staff) management for assigned Clients
• Utilize existing or create internal procedures and policies that emphasis and support Client Services responsibilities and deliverables
• Achieve executional excellence partnered with achieving program goals and Mgmt expectations
• Manage flow of communication and documentation between client and agency
• Provide clients with reports and success measurements as required

Skill Set:
• Detail oriented, organized and accurate in all internal and external documentation and reports
• Demonstrate consistent strategic abilities in understanding Clients’ brands, objectives and desired results
• Source, understand and recommend materials/logistics for programs against brief
• Source, negotiate, brief and manage third party partners (graphic designers, copy writers, web, etc.)
• Proactive approach client service and brand development
• Proactive approach to personal job growth

Budget:

• Actively manages and monitors budgets
• Achieve efficiencies within budgets and associated program expenditures
• Assist in building Client budgets

Staff Development:
• Strong coaching and delegation with team members
• Ensures all job responsibilities of the team are being met and delivered to achieve high levels of Client satisfaction
