| Shop Foreman / Service Writer Our client has been serving agricultural clients for more than 80 years through multiple Saskatchewan locations. They are seeking an individual with a solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of power equipment to assume duties as Shop Foreman(Woman) / Service Writer. You will be responsible for: · Supervising technicians and providing assistance ‘on the tools’ as required. · Providing exceptional front-line customer service while attaining efficiency targets · Associated administrative functions related to service writing and workload planning. To be considered, you have: · Strong technical and organizational skills · Heavy Duty or Agricultural Journeyperson (preferred) · Clear and effective communication style · Proven customer service and supervisory skills · Motivation, creativity, and ability to achieve top performance from team members A competitive baseline compensation package and benefits plan is available.
