Team Leader - Sampling Blitz

Were you born to lead? We are currently seeking team leaders to lead an executional team towards success on behalf of one of our most exciting clients! Following in-office training on May 26th and 27th, you will manage the overall execution of a sampling blitz (in accordance with the objectives of the client) on May 28th. There will be 1-2 days of follow-up and de-briefing after the event.

Dates: May 26-30th
Positions: 4
Team Size: 20

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Business:
· Material / equipment sourcing and procurement, and overall program logistics
· Responsible for event scheduling, and overall event management
· In-field co-ordination and logistics planning
· Client communications to provide insight and action plans to enhance or build upon current results
· Work with CIM internal teams to align program reporting
· Planning and executing launch meeting and post game client de-brief session

2. Leading the Team:
· Implement a process for field communications, which are clear, concise and timely
· Motivate the field team through the implementation of “team practices/communications”

Requirements:
- Good communications skills
- Previous experience managing people
- Proven track record in event execution
- Methodical follow-up, detail focused, and very organized
- Strong analytical skills – able to review results/situations, and determine follow-up action plans
