Job Duties
-prepare and cook full course meal
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
-plan menus
-ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions
-work with minimal supervision
-prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-estimate food requirements and costs
-order supplies and equipment
-supervise kitchen staff and helpers
-maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
-work with specialized cooking equipment
-clean kitchen and work areas

Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in full service restaurants and/or culinary arts degree. Knowledge of ethnic cuisine an asset.
