| Customer Care Support Specialist- Administrator Position Summary Customer Care Support Specialists provide administrative support to our Customer Care department. They work closely with our Customer Care Specialists and are our “behind the scenes” people who have a variety of responsibilities that help ensure we continue to provide top notch service to our customers. As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for entering faxed customer and vendor orders, filing, setting up new accounts, sending out information to customers and acting as reception relief for break and vacation periods. You will have steady, pre-scheduled shifts with scheduled breaks that include two consecutive days off per week to support your busy lifestyle and health. Position Requirements Technical Knowledge & Experience: •A minimum of one year of administrative experience •Advanced computer keyboarding skills (minimum of 40 w.p.m.) - applicants will be required to complete and pass a data entry test to determine speed and accuracy •Proficient with computers •Experience with Word, Excel and Lotus Notes •Experience with IBM’s AS400 is an asset but we will train the right candidate Interpersonal Skills & Abilities: •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and colleagues •Demonstrated ability to represent the company in a professional manner •Ability to solve problems and resolve customer concerns •Sound decision-making skills and ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks •Willingness to maintain excellent, reliable attendance and punctuality Hours of Work and Availability: •9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday with two paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch •Statutory Holidays off McKesson Canada is committed to employment equity, and encourages applications from women, aboriginal peoples, visible minorities and disabled persons. | |
