Farm Equipment Mechanic Main Functions: Working in the Service Bay and on Customers’ sites, the Farm Equipment Mechanic diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul customer’s farm machinery and vehicles, such as tractors and harvesters, and reconditions used equipment for resale by the dealership. Employment Requirements: • Completion of secondary school is required. • Completion of Agricultural Equipment Technician apprenticeship, Truck and Coach or Heavy Equipment apprenticeship. • A clean Driver’s Abstract is required. • Own tools to perform the duties required and safety boots.
