We are inviting applications for 1 full-time Client Services Manager to lead business development efforts in our Forestry practice area for the entire province of British Columbia.

The primary responsibilities for this role are:

• Actively develop and maintain long-term business relationships with many of Canada’s largest forest product producers and government forestry sectors;
• Generate sales by actively promoting Teco’s portfolio of services in the Forestry practice area including:Information Management – GIS, Remote Sensing, Digital Cartography, Lidar, Inventory Services, Resource Analysis, Forest Operations, Silviculture Services, Geomatics, Timber Cruising, Cruise Compilation and Biometrics
• Work in colloboration with the business development and professional services teams to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction;
• Help drive the further development of Teco’s sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications Needed to Succeed in this Role
• A Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in business, environmental sciences, natural resource management or related discipline.
• A broad range of experience (at least 3 years) within the BC forest industry, and knowledge of related government agencies and forest program funding agencies.
• Business development or equivalent experience
• Polished proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• The ability to engage clients in an effective and professional manner.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Successful appointees will be eligible for Sales Commissions and Performance Incentives upon meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
