As an Account Executive, you will represent one of our premier clients in the Telecommunications industry and be responsible for managing that relationship with a directive to protect and grow existing business by proactively providing service solutions, manage sales, and improve employee effectiveness and productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish a strong working relationship with the client and ensure program satisfaction Manage employee effectiveness & productivity, and administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices Responsible for complete program execution through directing, coaching, and supervising the sales team Provide leadership to subordinate employees and ensure client advocacy at all levels of operation Ensure that all sales representatives are fully trained on products & programs and given the necessary tools to maintain quantity and quality of work Assume responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective sales and marketing programs Develop strategic and tactical goals and objectives, review revenues and costs, and coordinate operations throughout the account Keep the Client and MarketStar Senior Management informed of activities and progress toward established objectives QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management or closely related business field is highly preferred Two or more years of sales and management experience preferably in a door-to-door environment Excellent leadership and supervisory skills Understanding of sales forecasting, programs, promotions, and related marketing techniques Experience in developing and carrying out business plans and commission-based sales plans Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Able to interact at all levels of business and manage and coordinate projects | |
