online account clerk Nazarite Computers seeks a part-time accounts payable clerk to handle and process full-cycle accounts payable in a timely manner. Salary is $40 an hour for 3 hours a day; 5days a week. No Selling or Marketing or commission. No registration or sign up fee. Work from home. Duties include verifying, matching, coding, batching and posting checks Preparing purchase orders and checks for verification and signature, processing daily check run Making out and Receiving payments Entering all check vouchers in appropriate account and handling any other related duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Accountant. Candidate must be a good typist, computer literate with strong MS Excel and ten-key by touch skills and able to communicate with inter-office departments and outside vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies. Should be self-motivated, committed and possess good communication skills.It is a fast-paced environment and requires an individual who is a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented and dependable with at least one year of college accounting courses or at least one year of high-volume accounts payable experience. email nazarite.computers.com
