| INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – BILINGUAL Due to rapid growth we are seeking Inside Sales Account Managers for our North American logistics & technology organizations office located in Toronto. DESCRIPTION - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services - Identify and solicit new clients from industry events, leads from industry publications - Willingness & aptitude to cold call and generate new business to close over the phone - Handle inbound sales lead calls and portal requests and convert into sales - Provide product Information to qualified prospects on request - Conduct on-site and in-house demos and sales calls - Required to use your judgment to qualify and/or reject new business - Identify and develop incremental business opportunities and drive closures - Assess clients needs and offer product and value added service recommendations - Efficient processing of orders including the audit of documentation and banking information - Document all prospect and customer contact in the CRM - Management of existing accounts - Handling customer concerns & complaints – both in-house & over the phone - Liaison between customer and accounting - Handling cancellation requests and retaining accounts - Offer shadow training for other reps and new staff members - Travel, attend and provide demos/presentations at truck shows and seminars - Effectively adapt to new product initiatives and assist with benchmarking tactics/strategies REQUIREMENTS - 2-3 years of inside or outside sales experience - Post secondary education - Ability to speak FRENCH or SPANISH would be considered assets - Experience in the transportation or logistics fields would be considered assets | |
