Our client, in the Banking Industry, is currently seeking a Bilingual Mutual Funds Team Leader. The Bilingual Team Lead, requires a candidate with a proven track record in ensuring a high level of quality in customer service interactions. If you are an enthusiastic and energetic leader, this is the role for you! Responsibilities: - Lead in the achievement of business goals through effective coaching, management and teamwork of a team of French speaking mutual fund licensed representatives - Guide your team to meet business objectives, in the area of sales, call quality, and productivity - Perform hiring, training, and coaching practices - Identify and make recommendations for business/process improvements while working with various business partners Qualifications: - Post Secondary Degree - Fluent in English and French languages - Minimum 3 years relevant experience - Licensed to sell mutual funds, or completion of the Canadian Securities Course Knowledge and Skills: - Superior management skills - Expert Mutual Funds product knowledge - Understanding of all aspects of people management; semi-annual and annual performance appraisals, quarterly Incentive Program discussions, hiring, training, coaching, career and personal development and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment | |
