User Experience Designer/Information Architect

The Role:

• This is an exciting position within a talented digital agency in Toronto!

• The successful User Experience Designer / Information Architect will sit within the creative department and be the sole lead Usability consultant in the team, responsible for the definition, documentation and quality assurance of customer experience for all digital projects on key accounts.

• This position is part client facing and the successful UX Designer / IA will have experience of presenting to clients with professionalism.

Requirements:

• We're looking for a creative User Experience Designer/Information Architect with 3+ years experience working within a creative agency, leading the user experience workstream of digital projects, campaigns and marketing sites.

• You must be a Team Player and be comfortable with integrating yourself into our creative department.

• You will have a solid understanding of the principles of user interface design and knowledge of website usability, user research & testing and have the ability to provide expertise in the areas of site content, functionality, architecture and general usability.

• You love IA, design, usability, accessibility and all things user experience.

• You should be an expert user of OmniGraffle, Visio, Azure, or a similar prototyping tool.
