Customer Service Protocol Instructor An adult ESL school is looking for an instructor to teach Customer Service Protocols. This course involves teaching international students the essentials that are necessary for working in the customer service field in English. Candidates must have a university degree and experience working in the customer service field (restaurant/cafe experience preferred). TESL Canada is also preferred.
