| CNC Lathe Programmer/Set-Up/Operator CNC Lathe – Programmer/Set-Up/Operator We are looking for a CNC Lathe Programmer/Set-Up/Operator for our manufacturing facility specializing in precision machined components and assemblies for aerospace, defence and high technology markets. This is a full time, permanent opportunity. Applicants should possess 5 years of CNC Lathe experience with exposure to Programming and set-ups. Key Deliverables • Complete set-ups, programming /editing, selects cutting tools. • Interprets blue prints, completes quality checks. • Trouble shooting -various materials. • Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools • Thinks outside the box, willing \ flexible for last minute customer requirements. • Team environment, minimal supervision. High commitment for quality, detail, continuous improvement, passion for excellence. • High level of self- motivation\ dependability. • Fluent English. • Reliable personal transportation - no public available. • Benefits include life insurance, dental insurance, medical insurance, extended health care, disability benefits, prescription drug coverage, and paid vacations. Experience • 5 years directly related experience. • Full knowledge CNC lathes-FANUC controls. • Experience with combining milling and turning on lathe machine. • Aerospace experience is an asset. | |
