| Parts Manager PARTS MANAGER Accelerate your career journey by joining an established dealership, new product lines. Management opportunities like this don’t come around very often so target this one! On behalf of their client, Grasslands Recruitment Specialists is seeking to find a Parts Manager to supervise a successful parts department for a diverse line of products. The successful applicant will be able to sell parts, labour, and whole goods service 100% of the time. OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will be accountable for creating and implementing successful strategies to meet and exceed sales/profit targets in the parts department. They will also be responsible for developing a productive parts team to assist in achieving those targets from both a financial and operational perspective. Seasonal overtime will be required during seeding, haying, and harvesting. QUALIFICATIONS: The right candidate must have: · Journeyman parts certificate with agricultural implements experience · Strong leadership, managerial, organization, and communication skills. · Good mechanical ability; individuals with a farming background preferred. · Proficient in establishing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate inventory records. · Experience in a fast-paced retail, counter-sales environment. · Previous experience using a computer parts program with knowledge of critical parts codes is essential. · Desire to reside in a rural community within easy driving distance to a major centre. COMPENSATION · Above average annual income will match industry specific experience. · Full benefit plan provided which includes pension plan.
