Manage projects and/or strategic initiatives with more than 10 team members and a manpower budget of $ 500,000 to $1,000,000 including the creation and management of project charter, project plan and detailed implementation plan ensuring the project scope is scheduled in manageable components. Client exposure is expected at this level and must be managed alongside Client Relations. Prepare and contribute to internal and client presentations. Manage client and stakeholder expectations. Domain of change is moderate Ensure projects assigned are delivered on time, on scope, on budget. Closely monitor timelines and project costs to ensure adherence with approved project plans. Variances to plan will be documented, reported and escalated if required. Responsible for communication management (i.e. the preparation of project, client and executive reports). Assist with document preparation, which may include; Statements of Work, proposals, contracts, estimates, requirements analysis, and technical audits. Manage the efforts of inter-departmental teams. Allocate resources and organize available resources effectively SKILLS: Must have 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience with demonstrable results.* Must have 3-5 years of IT experience in any of the following areas: Development, Support,Testing, Project Management or Maintenance.* Working knowledge of the Project Management Institute
