Hiring College Students and Recent Grads for Managerial Positions

Looking to earn great money and gain real world work experience? We are looking for college students and recent grads to join our team as managers. No management experience is necessary but a qualified candidate will be business savvy, entrepreneurial and good with customers. An ideal manager should demonstrate marketing skills and want to learn how to operate and run a small business.
It’s a flexible part time position in the spring, consisting mostly of an extensive business training program that will prepare you both for this job as well as any future endeavors. Beginning in summer, the job becomes full time. The average first year manager earns $10,000 to $20,000 for the summer.
Required for position:
· Great attitude and work ethic
· Driver’s license
· Own vehicle
· Fluent English speaker (oral and written)
· Desire to run and manage your own staff of student employees
