Bilingual Customer Care Reps (x 6) - Downtown - $35,000

We are looking for bilingual sales and customer service representatives to work for a great company in downtown Toronto's growing travel insurance industry.

On a typical day, you will...

-Ensure clients receive prompt and effective customer service related to their travel medical and other insurance inquiries;

-Offer appropriate products and solutions to customers and achieve this by maintaining accurate and current knowledge of the programs;


-The hours of operation of this company are Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm Saturday & Sunday 9am to 5pm, you will be working a rotating shift in a call centre environment between those hours.


What are you great at?

-Are you fluently bilingual in French and English?

-Have you demonstrated good customer service and a service-oriented approach?

-Do you have good computer skills and typing speed?

-Have you completed a post-secondary education?

-Are you flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekend shifts?

-Do you possess a current Accident & Sickness Licence?
