| Senior CRM Architect As the senior member of the CRM Design team, you will be responsible for the selection of a personalization and offer management engine. You will work closely with the Vendor’s product management and development team to deliver customer-centric features that include inbound marketing, business rules engine, and workflow management. The end goal is to provide site marketing technology that is a scalable and dynamic business application for future marketing requirements. The Architect is responsible for evaluating the technical requirements against each vendor, then ranking each vendor for selection. The architect must also lead a proof of concept phase and implement the vendor to ensure they meet both the functional and technical requirements. Requirements: 3 years experience in one or more of the following: Unica, ATG, Aprimo, Oracle’s Sigma Dynamics, and Double-Click or a related area Extensive architectural knowledge of J2EE and Solaris Excellent interpersonal and goal-oriented skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team Able to demonstrate strong interaction design process and skills and demonstrate familiarity with usability best practices and usability engineering methodologies Excellent understanding and experience with user-centered design tools and methodology, including information architecture, infrastructure design, CRM evaluation, and testing strategies Ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally, and as a presenter Creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability Post-secondary degree, preferably in Computer Science or related discipline Responsibilities: Work closely with the vendor product management, development and professional services team, other stakeholders, technologies to evaluate the vendor Understand the enterprise architectural models, integration patterns, and ensure integration of the personalization engine to the platform Work with marketing and product management to ensure rapid delivery of compelling proof of concept Conduct ongoing research of marketing platforms and technologies Understand the Software Development Lifecycle and other IT Lifecycle strategies.
