Account Executive

Responsibilities Include:
Identify and solicit potential new clients
Promote sales to existing clients
Grow and manage all sales activities and leads in order to develop and maintain the assigned territory to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Assess client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate product and service
Develop reports, quotes and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits of company's product and services
Prepare and administer sales contracts
Consults with clients after sales to ensure product or service installation meets clients expectations;
Follows up with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Works with Customer service and tech support to seek best solution for client's problems, issues etc.
Provide input into product design, i.e. how program and service can be tailored to suit specific client needs.
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must be an excellent presenter with strong and effective communication skills, who will develop and maintain expertise on IT products/services, and conduct product demonstrations.
The ability to follow-up and keep yourself/York-Med solutions in front of prospects will be the key to succeeding in this role.
Experience and familiarity with medical office environment and bilingual in French and English are definite assets.
Candidates must have the ability to travel throughout Ontario.
