NOW HIRING FOR APRIL 1st 2010!

At DECO Windshield Repair, we help our customers save time and money by offering convenient service and by saving your windshield. Windshield repair is something everyone will experience if they drive a vehicle, most will need windshield repair as damage to the windshield will happen sooner or later. The easiest way to find us is to just look for our bright orange tents, found at handy locations in your local community.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL SUMMER JOB! This opportunity is not for everyone. If you are looking for a traditional summer job with little responsibility, like serving tables, landscaping and general labour, this is not for you. Here’s what you need to know:

- Weather permitting; we operate a 4.5 to 5 month season (longer in some areas) with a target of having a minimum of 100 operating days for each location.

- Hands on repair of windshield chips & cracks, no experience necessary, full training provided. Typical chip repair takes approx. 10-15 minutes.

- High level of customer interaction, educating of customers and selling. Once our customers experience what DECO can do they will NOT go anywhere else for repairs.

- Daily set up/take down of kiosk style operation in mall parking lots. Sites are open regular business hours 10am – 6pm, five or six days a week weather permitting.

- MUST HAVE FULL TIME ACCESS TO A VEHICLE & A CELL PHONE

Pay: Technician earn a base wage plus commission. Our commission structure is simple, easy to understand and very rewarding for those who are profit driven!

WANT TO RUN YOUR OWN BUSINESS? We are also searching for independent contractors and/or managers for some areas. The summer contractor position requires an individual who welcomes the challenge, long hours and increased responsibility.
