Requires thorough working knowledge of Visual Studio, .NET framework, GDI+, SQL server, relational database principals, Crystal Reports, multi-threading, multi-user SQL practices, etc. Seeking either an established and reputable company or an individual experienced programmer to complete project on a contract or employment basis to be negotiated.
