| Project Coordinator Are you a dynamic Bilingual Project Co-ordinator with 5+ years experience in construction and renovations administration? This is an excellent growth opportunity for a candidate that has experience in residential/commercial construction. In this role you will be responsible for all of the day to day coordination for the building and renovations of various projects. The incumbent will be responsible for building permits, change orders, scheduling sub-trades, plan submission and delivery, drafting and any other ‘must get done items”. Core Responsibilities: Project Co-ordination:To assist the Sales and Project Management teams in the following area’s; Prepare request for proposals, quotations and contract documents for all assigned projects. To assist in the coordination and implementations of all projects, ensuring assigned projects are completed on time, within budget. Monitoring & Standards: Prepare and submit site reports, project status updates, meeting minutes, project schedule and budget status as required, participate in project progress meetings as required. Project Administration: Monitor to ensure project schedules are on target as outlined by the supervisor and assists with the submission of budget estimates of project deliverables. Maintain filing system per corporate standards for all project plans, specifications, schedule, budget and correspondence. Core Compentency: Good knowledge of and experience in the operation and maintenance of data bases, spreadsheets, including inputting or updating records and merging documents Knowledge of and experience with project coordination Very good organizational skills Good interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team-work environment Good oral and written communication skills in both English and French Initiative, reliability and good judgement, motivation and enthusiasm Advanced level of skill using Microsoft Office (project, word, excel and power point) To apply for this position please send your resume: By fax: 905-274-3912 We appreciate all expressed interest in this position, however, only the candidates selected for interview will be contacted. | |
