| Sales Agent Responsibilities of this role include: •Handle regional customer development and sales and marketing calls •Ensure that monthly and quarterly sales targets have been met •Expand the customer base for all divisions by targeting specific industries •Devise a schedule by which both existing and potential customers will be contacted to ensure that their business is either maintained or increased. Qualifications: •Grade 12 Diploma and at least some post secondary •Minimum of 4 years in related sales and/or marketing, preferably in the trucking industry •Solid leadership skills - the ability to motivate and engage a dynamic employee base •Experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook •Flexible and adaptable to learning new skills •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Strong problem solving and customer service skills | |
