| Franchisee Do you want to get an edge over your competition in 2010? We are currently accepting applications and interviewing for our management internship team for 2010, and plan to select 700 students and recent graduates for the elite Franchise Manager role. Although this is available to students and recent graduates, this opportunity is not for everyone. How will you get ahead during tough economic times? How will you differentiate yourself? Youth unemployment rates are the highest they have ever been since they began recording statistics. We have been participating in job fairs this fall, and have seen firsthand that most companies have discontinued or dramatically decreased their internship programs, making internships increasingly more challenging for students to secure. Additionally, many employers have had to cut jobs or scale their hiring downward, and many companies struggled in 2009 due to the recession. Let me tell you about the success we achieved with College Pro in 2009. We GREW our market share in a down economy. Our 700 student managers and recent graduates ran successful businesses, producing more jobs, and making more money than in 2008. We know what it means to successfully work through a recession, and, since 1971, we have been providing exceptional management and leadership training to students and recent graduates across North America. You are already working on your education in school. Being a College Pro Franchise Manager is a great way to take that knowledge and put it to work for yourself, learning the skills you will need in order to make and manage money, run your own business, and gain the self-confidence you will need for any future career. The Manager role is challenging, with the potential for great income, gives students and recent graduates real-world leadership experience through classroom and on-the-job training , and looks great on a resume. We train and mentor you every step of the way, pairing each manager one-on-one with a coach who is responsible for helping you to achieve success.
