Inside Sales and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a self motivated and versatile college graduate to assist our 6 person Sales team with sales support, lead generating, correspondence, promotion for trade shows, liaison with clients regarding sales and products. To provide clerical and administrative support activities and must possess excellent computer skills and have internet experience. This full time position for inside sales related duties and for someone who is looking for a long term career with a company that is a leader in its industry. Active in developing new business and the promotion of existing business, develop and implement quarterly action plans. Keep accurate records of potential customers and follow through on all potential business The candidate must be motivated and energetic,. The candidate must also have excellent administrative, organizational and computer skills. We need a multi tasker who must have excellent letter writing skills, be computer literate with programs such as Maximizer, Power Point, Word, and Excel. Web related experience and interest is vital. Our team player must be self motivated with initiative and be well organized, conscientious, and a self starter. The individual also needs to work well both independently and within a team and have strong attention to detail and well developed communication skills.
