Computer Service Technician The primary responsibility of the Computer Service Technician is to provide software and hardware support on-site and over the phone. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal & written). Knowledge and experience in the following are essential: Networking, computers/peripherals, and configuration of servers using Windows Server, TCP/IP, Windows, e-mail clients, IP addresses, net masks, diagnostic tools. Ethernet networks: routers, switches, hubs, wireless networks: access points, client configurations, local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe, daily backup and disaster recovery operations. Set up local area networks and remote connections via thin clients. Please submit both cover letter and resume.
