Bilingual Customer Service Representative

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Caledon Card Services is seeking a high-energy, professional, bilingual customer service representative. Previous experience in merchant services and/or the financial sector is preferred.

The candidate will provide merchants with a pleasant and professional customer service experience as well as be responsible for the following:
• Data entry;
• Reconciliations;
• Problem resolution;
• Merchant setups; and
• Ordering of merchant supplies

SKILLS/QUALITIES

• Customer oriented;
• Bilingual (English, French);
• Proactive problem resolution capability;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel in addition to strong mathematical and analytical skills;
• Pleasant telephone manner;
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Self motivated;
• Able to handle stressful situations in a professional and friendly fashion; and
• Must be personable and enjoy helping clients.
