Ergo Helper/Back up Driver WANTED: ERGO HELPER/ BACKUP REPLACEMENT PERSON PERSON REQUIRED FOR APPROX 3.25hrs PER DAY MON–FRI  To accompany RSMC on rural routes and put mail in mail boxes  Pay rate is 32.60 per day REPLACEMENT DRIVER ON OCCASION MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE OWN VEHICLE (IT IS ADVISED TO HAVE 1 MILLION LIABILITY FOR YOUR PROTECTION AS RECOMMENDED BY CANADA POST)  To learn the process of sorting the daily mail  To learn the process details of packages: C.O.D.’s., Signatures and do not safe drop’s  To learn the process of packing mail according to deliver order  To learn the process of keeping records of signatures, # of flyers, replacing locks Pay rate for replacement driver is 129.00 + 27.00 car allowance per day of replacement.
