| Student Marketing Reps. - Part Time. You Decide Your Hourly Wage Marketing Representative - Part Time Do you want a part-time job that lets you determine your own hourly wage? Would you like to polish your marketing and communication skills with an experienced business manager? Are you tired of working for minimum wage and having your efforts go unappreciated? Then THIS job is for YOU. About Me: My name is Jon Ngan, and I'm a Business Management student at Ryerson University. I'll be the branch owner and operator of a 'Student Works Painting' franchise in Richmond Hill this summer. I am currently seeking motivated individuals that are looking for a very exciting and rewarding opportunity. My company will be painting homes and commercial areas in Richmond Hill, and I'm looking for talented individuals to promote my company in our local area. 'Student Works Painting' has been around since 1981, and has been run every year with unparalleled success. This is an excellent opportunity for any student to gain valuable experience in the field of business, as well as make some excellent money at the same time. Job Description: So, what is this job about? Well, I am looking for energetic students to walk neighbourhoods and talk to our potential clients: home owners. Marketers will be knocking on doors and promoting our services, seeking out home owners that are looking to paint their homes this summer. Where else could you get a workout, learn valuable customer service tactics, WHILE GETTING PAID?! WAIT, there's more! Marketers will be taking down client information to turn into estimates; these are leads. I will call all the leads and provide free estimates to the client. For every lead that turns into an estimate, you will be paid $7 at the very least. What does that mean? This means, your hourly wage is COMPLETELY UP TO YOU! At some jobs, you make money. At this job, you EARN money. It is in your hands! Marketers will be trained and I will be out in the field with you. While some employers will pay you to do all their work while they sit at home drinking beer, I'll be out there working with you. Marketers will be working 5 - 10 hours per week. Typically, expect to work 3 days a week. On weeknights we will conduct our work in the evening, and mornings/afternoons during the weekend. This means you still have time for school, homework, and having fun at nights on the weekend! At some jobs you work FOR your employer. At this one you work WITH me. Who Should Apply? If you are a high school, college, or university student living in the Richmond Hill area and want to have fun while making money, then you should keep reading! I have multiple 'Marketing Representative' positions available immediately! I am looking for individuals who: Are determined to earn excellent money by working hard. Believe that they should be paid and rewarded for WHAT they've accomplished, instead of HOW LONG they've worked. Possess excellent communication skills and understand the unquestioned importance of customer service. Want to work outdoors instead of being stuck inside. Relevant work experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Are confident, motivated, and driven! Truly want to gain experience that will help them in their future career. Want to have fun! Who Should NOT Apply? Anyone who thinks this job will be easy. This job will be challenging, but you will learn AND earn money. People who want to slack-off while others work hard and expect to make the same money. This is not a grocery store. At a grocery store, a hard working student cashier that treats all their customers with respect will make the same amount of money as a grumpy and rude one that can't be bothered to say 'hello.' Not here! How To Apply Reply to this ad. If you have any questions, reply to this ad or give me a call at 416-477-1909. | |
