| Administrative Services Manager Administrative Services Manager An opportunity to assume administrative responsibilities with a growing Western Canadian company is now available in Edmonton, AB. Intercoast Sales Agency Inc. is a building technologies company that prides itself in being environmentally conscious. They offer alternative construction products to design professionals and the construction industry. They are currently looking for a bright, energetic individual to fill a full-time intermediate Administrative Assistant position. Key Area of Contribution: o Provide full range of administrative support and act as the point of contact for the Manager. o Prepare routine documentation and any other administrative/ project correspondence as requested. o Organize periodic sales events as directed by Manager. Specific Accountabilities: o Maintain and organize calendar and schedule activities for the Manager. o Coordinate travel arrangements for the Manager. o Set up and maintain files. o Be the first-contact for all incoming communication with the company. o Maintain contact management and job tracking software o Assist with minor bookkeeping as required. Education and Experience: o Formal office administrative training and a preference of a minimum of five years experience in an office environment. o Efficiency in multi-tasking and proficient written and verbal communication skills o Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential o Respect for confidentiality and attention to detail are required o Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. o Familiarity or experience with wholesale/retail building products would be an asset. o Valid drivers license.
