| BOOKKEEPER, Database Management Company-Toronto THE COMPANY Medium size high-tech company located in southwest Toronto and a fast growing leader in its field. The company provides a good working environment for its employees. Accounting department hours of operation are 8:30 to 4:00. THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role will be to oversee the entire monthly processing which includes checking monthly A/R, A/P journals, commissions, expense report verification, inventory and credit card reconciliation. The position also includes selected general office management duties. COMPENSATION Salary in the $35K to $38K range plus full benefits. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must be an energetic, motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years experience, and strong computer skills including Excel and Accpac Plus. In addition you must have supervisory experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Own transportation is required.
