You will be responsible for all duties related to business development including calling on potential clients, assessing needs, closing sales and building relationships. COMPENSATION A competitive compensation package which includes a draw against commission plus benefits will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience and qualifications providing for income potential upwards of $45K. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate for this essential role must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable success in sales with a focus on new business development. You must be enthusiastic, personable, presentable, have a willingness to learn, and enjoy prospecting/cold calling. You must also have demonstrated good closing skills, motivation for relationship sales, persistence and the ability to meet sales goals.
