| Clinical Consultant Clinical Consultant Arjo Canada Inc. Arjo Canada Inc. is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of Hygiene (Bathing Products), Patient Handling (Ceiling & Floor Lifts) and Infection Control (Flusher Disinfector) products for Acute and Long Term Care markets. Due to continued strong growth, Arjo is looking to fill a position covering Saskatchewan. The role will be on an “as needed” per diem basis resulting in up to 2 days (approximately 16 hrs) of work per week. A full-time position will be considered as well based on qualifications and interests. Clinical Consultant Role: -Support new equipment sales by scheduling and providing education to healthcare providers and other end-users on the safe use of Arjo equipment. -Provide ongoing support to Arjo customers through training and problem solving related to Arjo equipment. -Act as a consultant to customers regarding equipment needs based on clinical considerations (such as specialty slings). -Promote and provide a variety of injury prevention programs and services. Clinical Consultant Skills: -Educated in a healthcare related field (i.e. Nursing, Physio/Occupational Therapy, Kinesiology, Personal Support Worker/Healthcare Aide etc.) -Clinical experience in a Healthcare or Long Term Care environment an asset. -Experience as an educator/trainer an asset. -Good communication skills. -Comfortable speaking to small & medium sized groups. -Well organized and effective at time management. -Computer skills; e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel). -Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (driver’s license required). -Ability to work under minimal supervision. A comprehensive training program is offered on all Arjo products, policies and procedures. The compensation is competitive and includes an incentive program.
